Amidst a warm summer evening in the city, Toronto’s social scene was whisked away to Mykonos Island for an unforgettable experience hosted at Evergreen Brickworks. The annual gala consistently surpasses expectations, and the 2023 edition was no exception.

A Culinary Journey Across the Island
Custom designed by TOBEN, the menu perfectly encapsulated the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. Attendees indulged in beautifully crafted hors d’oeuvres such as Saganaki Skewers, Chicken Keftedes, and Crispy Calamari. As the evening unfolded, the spotlight shifted to the food stations, where guests could savour delights like the Street Cart Lamb Gyro ‘Wraps’, Estiatorio Chicken Souvlaki, and Grilled Sea Bream.

As a SickKids partner and exclusive caterer of this annual event, it’s our goal to give attendees an amazing experience that will keep them coming back year after year. With the combined efforts of a stellar team of committee members, vendors, and sponsors, the 2023 event achieved a remarkable feat by raising a staggering $1.4 million. This substantial contribution will go towards the advancement of a new neurosurgery navigation system for SickKids Hospital.
