FAQ’S

Do drop off events require staffing and rentals?
This completely depends on the style of service and your needs. Your Event Manager will work closely with you and make recommendations for any staffing and/or rental requirements.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver corporate catering within the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding areas. The delivery fee is determined based on location and will be included on your proposal.

Can you accommodate all dietary needs?
We offer a range of gluten free, dairy free, nut free, kosher style, and halal options. Additionally, we are heavily focused on creating delicious plant based options for vegan and vegetarian guests. We request clients submit all allergies and dietary needs when providing the final guest count. Based on the final menu, we prepare dishes omitting allergens or providing an alternative that accommodates the special needs of your guests.

Can you deliver hot meals?
Yes, we have specialized equipment to ensure we can provide anything from hot buffets to individual hot meals.

How does the delivery process work?
Your Event Manager will coordinate timing and take note of load-in logistics while our Operations team will complete the drop off and setup based on the specifications of your event.

Do you provide disposables?
Yes, we provide a range of eco-friendly disposables.

Do you offer Beverage Services?
Yes, our team is happy to assist you with any beverage needs and can provide open bar packages, cash bars, a la carte, or beverage on consumption. We also offer soft beverage/garnish packages and coffee service. Custom menus/estimates will be prepared in the proposal process based on the variety offered, timeline for service and preferred selections. For consumption packages, a minimum of 1 drink per guest is required and additionally consumed beverages are billed post-event on the final invoice. Beverages may be provided under TOBEN’s Catering Endorsement Licence, and our team can also assist with applying for a Special Occasions Permit as required in public spaces or venues. Private residences do not require a liquor licence.
