The Ultimate Ice Sculpture
The showstopper of the night? An extravagant ice sculpture by Ice Boy, decked out with East and West coast oysters. Guests savoured the freshly shucked oysters directly off the ice sculpture, paired with a variety of elevated accoutrements.

A Corporate Party to Remember
Though the evening was a classy and elegant corporate affair, it was anything but dull. Guests were treated to stellar live music and a fun photo booth that offered keepsakes to remember the evening. The cocktail-style set up with elevated furniture rentals allowed guests to mingle, network, and celebrate with their fellow colleagues.

Food Highlights
The event wouldn’t have been complete without the variety of culinary options for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. Alongside the Oyster Bar, there was a Handmade Pasta Station and The Steak House, featuring Sous Vide ‘AAA’ Angus Beef Tenderloin and the Roasted King Oyster Mushroom for vegan guests. And dessert? TOBEN’s passed minis stole the show, with the beloved Kitchen Sink Cookie being a crowd favourite!
