The Ideal Venue
With its expansive open spaces, Evergreen Brickworks provides the perfect backdrop for fundraising events and charity galas. The venue underwent a transformation with sports-themed blow-up activations, an ice cream truck, food stations, and themed furniture and decor, all orchestrated by a fantastic team of vendors.
Hearty Hors D’oeuvres
Guests were greeted with a diverse selection of hors d’oeuvres in the form of elevated comfort food. From Beef Short Rib and French Onion Soup Croquettes to Lobster Grilled Cheese and Korean Fried Cauliflower, TOBEN’s menu satisfied every palate.
Sports-Themed Food Stations
The food stations were a visual and culinary delight, seamlessly blending with the vibrant theme of the event. Highlights included the Handmade Pasta station featuring Cacio E Pepe Cavatelli, the Taqueria serving up Tequila Lime Grilled Chicken Tacos, and the Poke Bowl station with Ahi Tuna & Salmon Tartar.
