How do I place an order for more than one camper?
To make sure everything is prepared and labeled correctly, please place a separate order for each camper.

How do you handle allergies and dietary needs?
Safety comes first on our team. All of our menu items are peanut, nut, and sesame free. We also offer options for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets. These meals are prepared separately and labeled with the campers name.

My child is a picky eater—can I swap out certain items?
We know every camper has their own “game plan” when it comes to food! While we can’t swap out menu items, our meals are designed to be kid-friendly crowd-pleasers. If your camper has very specific tastes, the meal plan might not be the best fit.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Meal Plans can be cancelled up until Wednesday at 12:00 PM before the start of each camp session. To receive a refund, cancellations requests must be sent by email to shelagh@tobenfoodbydesign.com before this deadline.
Missed camp days can’t be prorated.*Please note refunds are subject to a 3% service charge
