  1. LINE COOK

    The Line Cook is responsible for safely preparing ingredients required for food service from a sanitary environment. The Line Cooks are responsible for service at OFF site events.

  2. PREP COOK

    The Prep Cook is responsible to assist the Chef de Partie in preparing the food and maintaining the cooking environment to ensure its clean and safe for all staff members.  

  3. EVENT SALES MANAGER

    The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for catering sales, event management, and business development.

  4. DRIVERS AND FACILITIES STAFF

    This job is all encompassing, action-packed and changes daily- You won’t be bored!
